According to the Dirt portal, which was the medium that released the news, the protagonist of “Luis Miguel: the series” paid $3,900,000 dollars for the residence.
The purchase was carried out in an operation outside the market, and further details about the conditions of sale are unknown to date.
The building, which was built in 1929 and is spread over two floors, has an area of 2,211 square feetwith three bedrooms and four bathrooms.
It also has a hall, kitchen, dining room, living room, main room, balcony, laundry room, garage for one car, among other rooms.
The kitchen is open and somewhat spacious. It is equipped with white and chocolate cabinets, with high-end appliances, with a glass door that communicates with the backyard, as well as a central island that works to prepare food, but also as a breakfast area.
The bedroom, where the couple will surely sleep, occupies the entire second floor of the house and has space for a large bed and a living room.
The bedroom also has a balcony, a fireplace, a personalized dressing room, as well as a spa-style bathroom with a double vanity, a toilet, a bathtub and a shower with a transparent screen.
Outside, on his lot 0.11 acreshas a terrace, a swimming pool with its respective spa area and waterfall, with green areas, with a bonfire, with a barbecue area, among other amenities.
Despite its age, the house was recently remodeled and modernized by renowned European designer Luca Colombowho gave a new face to the centenary dwelling.
