the deceased boxer Muhammad Ali lived in the 70’s in a very nice cherry hill mansion in new jerseywhich was back in the news a few days ago after it became known that it was put up for sale by $1,850,000 dollars.
The residence, which dates back to 1965 and is distributed over one floor, has been on the market for four years, which has led its current owners to repeatedly reduce its price.
In 2018 they announced it by $3,000,000 dollars; in August 2020 it was already in $2,350,000 dollarswhile in November of that same year it was announced in $1,900,000 dollars.
Despite the considerable reduction in its price, until now no one has been interested in investing in the former home of one of the biggest stars in world boxing.
According to the technical sheet, released by various pages specialized in the sale of real estate, the old property of ‘The Champ’ is of Mediterranean ranch style and has an extension of 6,688 square feetwith six bedrooms, with five full bathrooms, as well as a half bathroom.
It also has a hall, a kitchen, a dining room, a dining room, a living room, a main room, a television room, an office, a bar, a gym, a solarium, a laundry room, two garages for five vehicles, among other rooms.
The kitchen is open and quite spacious. It is equipped with white cabinets, with high-end appliances, with a central island to prepare food, while on one side it has a quite comfortable dining room with natural lighting.
The bedroom has space for a large bed and for a living room. It also has a large dressing room and a bathroom with a dressing room-style vanity, with a double vanity, a wc, a bathtub and a walk-in shower.

Despite being 57 years old, the building looks like it did in its best times, since all its owners have taken care of preserving it and remodeling it respecting the great legacy of Muhammad Ali.
