Audo, 48, got out and asked the girls in the white sedan to leave, but they refused, demanding that her 16-year-old daughter come out and confront them..
“I say, ‘You know, she’s not going out.’ and they answer, ‘Well, either she goes out or we go in.’ And I say, ‘No, it’s not going to come out,’ the mom explained. “And then two of them jumped out of the car.”
Apparently, A teenage girl with blonde hair punched her in the face and was soon joined by a girl with black hair. They both ended up on top of the woman, according to the police report.
Audo’s eldest daughter, 18, separated them from her mother, while her father used a cane to knock the blonde to the ground when she tried to attack a second time.
Both girls got back in the car and drove off, and afterward one of them posted a Snapchat story detailing the incident, with messages that read, “Imagine letting your mom get beat up” and “Tell your mom to come clean up the blood.” from my window.”
Cops later spoke with the teens, one of whom claimed that Audo “went over to the side of the car and hit” one of her classmates, who hit him back.
Audo indicated that the police claimed that the girls were only 13 years old and that they were accused of simple assault and will face trial in the Juvenile Court, where young people accused of minor infractions are tried by their peers.
“They think they are big enough to hit someone’s mother, I think they should pay the consequences,” he reacted. “What is going to stop them from coming back? Or do this to someone else?
Blue Springs Police Chief Bob Muenz said the case was still under investigation and could end up in Family Court, where judges are in charge.
